Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Perpixy when you use perpixy.com. By creating an account you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Perpixy

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• One person, one account. Only add social accounts that you own and control.
• Give us accurate information, including your follower counts.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.

2. How jobs work

• Each job shows what to post, the tags to include and the reward. Taking a job reserves a spot for you for a limited time.
• Every post must include #ad and the tag the job asks for, be public, and come from the account you used to take the job.
• After you submit a link we check the post. Approved earnings are held for 3 days. If the post is still up and still meets the job's rules at the end of that time, the reward is added to your wallet.
• If a post is deleted, made private, edited to remove the required tags, or found not to meet the rules, the earning is cancelled.
• You can take each job once.

3. Payments

• You can withdraw your available balance once it reaches $20.00. Withdrawals are processed manually and may take several business days.
• You're responsible for giving correct payout details and for any taxes on what you earn.

Earnings are not final until they have been paid out to you. Perpixy may, at its sole discretion and at any time before payout, hold, reduce, cancel or reverse any pending or available earnings, and may decline or cancel any withdrawal request. Reasons include, but are not limited to: suspected fraud or abuse, fake, bought or shared accounts, posts that don't meet the job's rules, a breach of these terms, errors in our records, or a problem with how a campaign was funded. Where we can, we'll tell you why. Cancelled earnings are not owed to you.

4. Brands

• Brand accounts are set up by Perpixy. Campaign budgets, including the platform fee shown when you create a campaign, are set aside from your credit when the campaign starts.
• You pay only for posts that pass verification and the hold period. Unused budget is returned to your Perpixy balance when the campaign ends or is cancelled.
• Your campaigns must be lawful, must not be misleading, and must follow the rules of the platforms they run on. You're responsible for the content you ask people to share.

5. Not allowed

• Fake, bought or borrowed accounts, bots, or automated posting.
• Submitting someone else's post, or deleting posts after being paid.
• Hiding or leaving out the #ad disclosure.
• Spam, harassment, or anything illegal or harmful.
• Trying to get around our checks or use the site in a way that harms it or other users.

6. Social media platforms

Perpixy isn't affiliated with X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or Facebook. You're responsible for following each platform's own rules, including their rules on paid and sponsored posts. We aren't responsible for action a platform takes on your account.

7. Suspending or closing accounts

You can stop using Perpixy and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close your account for a reason other than a breach, we'll pay out any available balance that meets the minimum.

8. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Perpixy running and accurate, but it's provided "as is". We can't promise that jobs will always be available or that the site will never have errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount we paid you, or you paid us, in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know by email or on the site. If you keep using Perpixy after a change, the new terms apply.
